Samsung Galaxy J6+ Launched in India

Samsung Galaxy J6+ has now finally launched in India yesterday, just after it has been revealed across the globe previous week. Some of the major highlights of the smartphone is 6-inch infinity display with the aspect ratio of 18.5:9, Dolby Atmos sound and Qualcomm Snapdragon 645 Processor.

The company has also brought back a new feature of an Emotify which allows users to utilize the different set of avatars on Instant messaging applications and social media platforms in more than 20 different regional languages. Galaxy J series in India is the most popular and most extensive series of smartphone.

Operating system and Display

The Dual SIM smartphone runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and sports a display of 6-inch High Definition with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9.

Processor

The smartphone is powered and supported by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 645 SoC which is coupled with the RAM of 4GB and with 64GB of inbuilt onboard storage.

Photography department

With respect to the optics department, the phone sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13 Megapixel primary rear camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.9 and a 5 Megapixel with an aperture of f/2.2. On the selfie part, there is an 8 Megapixel camera with an aperture of f/1.9. The selfie camera also comes with equipped of beautification mode, panorama mode, and AI face detection.

Connectivity options

On the connectivity part, the smartphone has 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth version 5, GLONASS< GPS< NFC, Wi-Fi, and 3.55mmheadphone jack. Some of the sensors onboard include a fingerprint sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, ambient sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer.

Battery and measurements

The smartphone is fueled by a battery of 3300mAh which is non removable one which comes with support for the fast charging. The smartphone dimensions are 161.4×76.9×7.9mm with respect to the length x height x width and weigh around 180 grams.

USP

One thing that really got my attention is Widevine L1 certification and we will be looking forward to checking out how videos on Netflix and other streaming platforms look on these True HD+ displays.
