How To Find:-

  • Using .VBS File:-

Making a .vbs file and running in on your Windows PC is a very easy and best way to find your Windows product key. I suggest you write down it when you find it. Let’s make that .vbs file to find the product key. Just write down these codes to a notepad file and save it with the name “ProductKey as “.vbs” extension.

Set WshShell = CreateObject(“WScript.Shell”)
MsgBox ConvertToKey(WshShell.RegRead(“HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DigitalProductId”))

Function ConvertToKey(Key)
Const KeyOffset = 52
i = 28
Cur = 0
x = 14
Cur = Cur * 256
Cur = Key(x + KeyOffset) + Cur
Key(x + KeyOffset) = (Cur \ 24) And 255
Cur = Cur Mod 24
x = x -1
Loop While x >= 0
i = i -1
KeyOutput = Mid(Chars, Cur + 1, 1) & KeyOutput
If (((29 – i) Mod 6) = 0) And (i <> -1) Then
i = i -1
KeyOutput = “-” & KeyOutput
End If
Loop While i >= 0
ConvertToKey = KeyOutput
End Function

Copy this whole code to a notepad and save it as .vbs extension as shown in the pic below.

Make sure the Save as type is “All Files” not txt file. You’re done now. Now save the file and run the file. You will see your product key in a small dialog box as shown in the picture below.
